Refund policy

✅ Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return request must be raised with order number and product photo.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, clearance sale items, customized products are non "returnable".

  • Products damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchange is allowed only for size or defective products (subject to availability).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or wrong item delivered.
